 The eighth EU-FRESHBAKE Project Meeting will be held in Krakow – Poland on Monday 6th to Wednesday 8th July 2009, Krakow University - Department of Carbohydrates Technology will be the organizer.

The seventh EU-FRESHBAKE Project Meeting was held in Trieste – Italy on Monday 26th and Tuesday 27th January 2009, Dr. SCHAER was the organizer.

The sixth EU-FRESHBAKE Project Meeting was held in Brussels – Belgium on Thursday 17th July 2008, ENITIAA was the organizer.

 The Midterm Review Meeting was held in Brussels – Belgium on Wednesday 16th July 2008, Organised by DG Research Directorate E “Biotechnologies, Agriculture, Food” Unit E.3 “Food – Health – Well-being” Jürgen Lucasr.

The fifth EU-FRESHBAKE Project Meeting was held in Madrid – Spain on Saturday 14th June 2008, IATA-CSIC was the organizer.

 The fourth EU-FRESHBAKE Project Meeting was held in Arnstein – Germany on Thursday 13th and Friday 14th March 2008, MIWE was the organizer.

The third EU-FRESHBAKE Project Meeting was held in Brussels – Belgium on Monday 15th and Tuesday 16th October 2007, PURACOR was the organizer.

The second EU-FRESHBAKE Project Meeting was held in Zagreb – Croitia on Monday 5th and Tuesday 6th March 2007, PBF was the organizer.

The first EU-FRESHBAKE Project Meeting was held in Nantes – France on Wednesday 4th and Thursday 5th October 2006, ENITIAA was the organizer.
